LEGAL INTERN | MasterCard International, Purchase, NY 06/2018 – 08/2018 Mastercard, as a global leader in payment solutions, has been driving innovative financial inclusion strategies. The internship was in Public-Private Partnerships and Center for Inclusive Growth. • Supported operations by drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, including service agreements and NDAs, to ensure corporate and regutory standards compliance. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams and supported international initiatives, including partnerships with organizations such as the UN and GAVI. • Owned and led contract negotiations with high-profile partners, including Howard Thomas on his book– Inclusive Growth: The Global Challenges of Social Inequality and Financial Inclusion. • Presented innovative proposals in developing operations of MasterCard in Uzbekistan to the CEO (in 2.5 years Mastercard became market leader, whilst being non-existent in Uzbek market for more than 25 years).

INDEPENDENT COUNSEL | 06/2019 – Present Advised major firms and institutions on high-value, cross-border energy, infrastructure, finance, and legal transactions primarily in Uzbekistan. Highlights include: Energy & Infrastructure: Supported over $1.6B in renewable energy projects (2,700+ MW), negotiated contracts for a $3.6B GTL project, and advised on $8.5B+ in energy and infrastructure upgrades.
