Emily Malarkey - Baltimore, Medical Negligence, Wrongful Death

Emily Malarkey joined the firm in 2006 after completing a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Sally D. Adkins in the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. She has since developed a busy practice in medical negligence, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury. Ms. Malarkey has served as co-counsel in numerous jury trials, including three with verdicts in excess of $2 million.
