Raised in Alabama, Hannibal Frank Heredia moved to Atlanta after graduating law school. Since 1994, he has almost exclusively practiced family law. After six years with Georgia Legal Services, he joined the Cartersville, Georgia law firm of Perrotta, Cahn and Prieto, P.C. in 2000, becoming part of the largest family law practice in Northwest Georgia. In January 2005, he was named managing partner of Perrotta, Cahn and Prieto, P.C. In June 2006, he founded the firm of Hedgepeth and Heredia. In addition to practicing in all areas of the firm, he has extensive knowledge of surrogacy law in Georgia. Being fluent in Spanish, he efficiently assists clients in Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys music of all kinds.
